Myofasical release, self-massage, and gentle yoga for softening and transformation! You will need a tennis ball or something similar, like a lacrosse ball or a pet ball, OR a food item stand-in, like a potato, an onion, a beet or other round root vegetable (these can be placed in a sock). Optional body oil/muscle salve. Bring a piece of paper/journal and a writing utensil.
