I use mindfulness, embodiment, creativity, dreamwork, and the relationship between client and therapist to support deep exploration and meaningful change.
I strive to create a safe therapeutic container which is nourishing, welcoming, and of the moment. I invite curiosity, play, and spaciousness, so that clients can engage in their own inner processes of inquiry and healing.
People have described my therapeutic style as: nurturing, heart-centered, intuitive, curious, and graceful.
I am supervised by Stephen Keeley, LPC, Certified Hakomi Therapist, and Deah Baird, ND, LPC, Certified Hakomi Therapist.
I provide mindful, experiential, somatic therapy to both individuals and couples. All sessions are currently held via video conferencing, and will be until further notice. I always offer a free 30 minute consultation for us to determine if working together is the right fit.
$120 — 60 min individual session
$135 — 75 min couples session
I accept cash, credit cards (via Ivy Pay) or checks at the beginning of each session. As an LPC-Intern, I am currently not able to accept insurance. Some flexible health savings accounts will allow reimbursement for our counseling sessions. I have a limited number of sliding scale spaces available for folks who are experiencing sociopolitical marginalization and/or financial hardship; please inquire about availability if interested.
