Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I currently offer in-person sessions at my office in inner SE Portland. I also offer a blend of in-person and online sessions, depending upon clients' needs. I always hold the first few sessions online to see if the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. I am a registered Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon, thus I am legally only able to work with clients who currently reside in Oregon. ​

What is your fee?
My fee for an hour of individual or relational counseling ranges from $130-200. I also work with clients who have the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), and this is my way of offering services to folks who are experiencing financial hardship. I accept credit cards, cash, or checks, and payment is due at the beginning of each session.

What happens during our free 20 minute consultation?
This is a time for us both to assess if I am the right therapist for you. I will ask you to share what you are hoping to get support with at this time. This is also a chance for you to ask about how I work and determine if my offering is in resonance with what you are seeking. I also consider the first few sessions as a period in which we get to assess if it feels like a good fit for both of us. Sometimes this process can take some time!

What is your current availability?
Generally I work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, between 10-5.

How frequently do we meet?
Consistency is a very important component of the therapeutic process. I meet with clients on a weekly basis. Together we will decide upon a specific day and time that works for both of us.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment for any reason, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance via text or email. Sessions that are not cancelled within the 24 hour window will be charged the full fee. For OHP clients, if more than two sessions are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we will address this in the therapeutic relationship and could lead to termination of services.

Do you accept insurance?
As I am still working toward full licensure, I can only accept Oregon Health Plan at this time. I am not able to work with other insurance companies. If you have the option for reimbursement through insurance or a health savings account, I am happy to provide you with a monthly itemized receipt for services.
