This workshop will offer an opportunity to deeply unwind via nourishing, slow-moving yoga poses, myofasical release, and self-massage. We will focus on a general area of the body each class, using our greatest tool: the BREATH! Let us practice softening, yielding, surrendering, being-with, and releasing.
You will need a tennis ball or something similar, like a lacrosse ball or a pet ball. Alternatively, you can use a food item stand-in, like a potato or an onion (these can be placed in a sock). Body oil or muscle salve can be a nice addition, but is not required.
