Allison Riegel will lead a 75 minute yoga session, after which participants are invited to share an informal, delicious meal made by Allison. Event will take place at the beautiful studio of AK Vintage jewelry in the Towne Storage Building in southeast Portland. Cost is $20. Pre-registration is required. RSVP ariegel@gmail.com. Sou'Wester
Spaceness 2015 will take place at the Sou’wester in Seaview, Washington from February 27th to March 1st, 2015. The event is an intimate retreat and exhibition that features an assemblage of disparate groups of people sharing their understanding of space and existence, and more importantly exploring the gaps in human knowledge on the fringe of cosmological thinking.
Allison will be leading a movement workshop at 10 AM on Saturday morning, with live music by Matthew Emmons. Workshop will be yoga-based and will include intuitive movement and dance.

Allison Riegel will be leading a special yoga class with live music by Portland musician Nick Bindeman. Bindeman will create a sonic tapestry to support the flow of class with a blend of acoustic Appalachian dulcimer and moody atmospheric sound. This hatha yoga class will be both energizing and restorative and will offer a unique synthesis of breath, movement and sound.
